05 - Everything

To my memory of all the songs that I had ever heard there was never a song that was about everything. The song everything that is on the album The Muteman Scream has this song and it's me repeating the word everything at different speeds the song sounds okay for the first song that has everything in it. I liked it and some people liked it too the simple thought behind it, I believe, is what made the song.

New Album New Song

I recently finished the album I had been working on for a while The Mind That Is and I think the end of it sums up what will be next.

The next album will follow the one I finished but I wanted to do something in between something just for SoundCloud and this is what has come up so far. I will put up some more but I'm busy writing right now if you want to check my previous short story click here.

I will try to catch up with this blog but not anytime soon just check out the music it will uploaded before I write something down here.

04 - Train

The second song in album The Muteman Scream is Train. I suppose I named it that because it was suppose to be a long train of thought and that's what it is, there is guitar in it, one of the very few songs that had a guitar in it. It was a guitarist I met back then, I don't know if he still plays (I think I broke the neck of his guitar at one point). Anyway that's who's playing, The drum playing back then was me just smacking anything with drum sticks, inspired by industrial music I would hit anything with drumsticks and recorded I feel I should go back to those times. I remember making this song in a little basement apartment. Other than that I don't remember anything else about the song or the place.

03 - Zero One

           I just heard this song. There are many missing songs and way more that I still have (thank god for back up drives) this is one of many that I had managed to salvage. When I heard it now it has elements that of some professional equipment but none is used. I had learned to use the program Audacity so good it sounded like I could create any sound out of thin air. Now of course I do use some equipment and better programs, although when I think about it now those sounds I had created in the beginning would be hard recreate.
           This song is also the beginning of the first album I thought of making which you can find on the internet, named The Muteman Scream. I was thinking at the time why hadn't anyone named the first song of their album One or Zero One as they come when you ripped an album in to a computer so that was the name. If you hear the album you catch a hint of a word saying "Welcome" it was to welcome people in to the album I had created.

02 - Beast

              I remember a song Beast that I had come up with next after Hack-Off. Since I didn't know chorus and loops at the time the song sounds like one continuous wave. It changes now and then but you can tell there was nothing much to it, I suppose other than the altering sounds on my voice it was weird now that I think about it.
              Although I don't have this song anymore (who knows what happen to it) I remember making it in the library because of reliable internet.

01 - Hack Off

                The first song that I remember doing was called Hack Off. I remember experimenting with all the generating sounds that Audacity provided. I came up with something simple and me whispering in pain in the background reversed. It was and okay song and I remember a bunch of people patting me in the back for what I had created. It was simple, short and right to the point. It was the type of music I would later compose, of course the songs I come up with now are a little more mature, I only say a little because in some way they still sound like that first song.
